Meet Some EZCheck Analyzer Users

Derek Boyd, Director of IT for Joey Restaurants, uses EZCheck Analyzer to warehouse transactional data and spot trends:

"It's a customer satisfaction tool; we use it to find opportunities for improvement. For instance, if a server is issuing a lot of discounts, we can not only see that, we can see why the server is giving those discounts. So if we see a trend, it's an opportunity to coach the server and help them improve their performance."
